If you’ve just placed an order and realized there’s a mistake, please contact us at [email protected]  as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make any changes before your order is processed.

However, once your order has been processed and confirmed by 2XU, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. In that case, you’ll need to wait for your order to arrive and then request a return for an exchange or refund.
